Just trying to keep calm & not be stressed out! Things are going relatively well & I should be thankful and in my heart, I am though am still concerned inwardly in a natural way. Blogging should calm me down a bit. Speaking of the calming effect been watching nature shows which are wonderfully educational. Oh speaking of education. The kidneys affect blood pressure. My son Andre is now at dialysis. He has been feeling quite well. He was in the hospital & spent the overnight there. Reason being he had lab results indicating his blood was low, had an mri to check if he was bleeding internally. Had a transfusion of two pints of blood. Then had a doctor’s appointment in which the nurse gave him a shot in the stomach of red blood cells. Now at dialysis he will be getting red blood cells. It is expensive. It is called Liquid Gold. I feel anything to keep him healthy. My health is good been doing my exercises daily, eating better, gaining weight. Been texting friends & relatives occasionally back & forth, which shows that others care. Looking forward to the Oscars tomorrow, been online viewing the news, all types. So now I feel calmer a bit! C’est la vie. Che sera sera! Ciao!

More Updates

February 9, 2019

To make a long story short which in my case hardly ever happens: though naturally I’ll make an attempt. In according to my older son’s Christmas present, I was inclined to contact to seller of the item which is connected to the website. That happened in which the seller stated that the item was delivered & furthermore he stated that he didn’t know which page I was viewing. So came to this resolution that he was very rude, & I would have to wait for Ian to contact me in reference to this situation. By the way he is scheduled to leave for Baghdad on the first of June. Now to other update. Phoned the Part D customer care line in regards to this medicine though before I did made a call to the pharmacist at CVS & she stated that the medicine is in fact a generic kind which is astounding at that price. The agent at Part D stated that I was automatically enrolled in the plan as of the first of the this year. Stated that he would pay back the amount made in seven to ten days. Just went to the drugstore yesterday, the pharmacist phoned. Then gave me a slip of paper stating that I would be getting the medicine for the minimal amount & that the insurance company would return the amount which would be a different amount. Then to another situation, went to the optical place to pick up my extra pair of glasses. Something is wrong. Will have to go to Dr. Plotnik to see what he suggests. These glasses are a back up pair. This is in the normality of the routine. C’est vie!

What’s Wrong With This Picture

February 1, 2019

Let’s paint a photo viewing a climate of disconnect meaning the conditions aren’t suitable. At a turn of a dime anyone regardless of economic status may find themselves in dire straits. Some young children find a different place such as a sofa to lay their restless head in attempt to sleep. There are adults despite their age have to walk a distance to obtain shelter. To make matters worse, shelters are just open only a few hours instead of a reasonable time. Some have not a choice when it comes to nourishment. These are called food deserts, without a grocery store in their community. Others must choose between heating their homes or purchasing medicine which is astronomical. This isn’t a painted photo which can be altered at someone’s whim. It is reality. It does happen on a daily basis which the news pays little or no attention to these plights of human beings. This is food for thought.
